Aey logon jo iman laye ho! Jab tum aapas mein qarz ka muamla karo, kisi muqarrar muddat tak ke liye, to usko likh liya karo, aur usko likhe tumhare darmiyan koi likhne wala, insaf ke sath, aur likhne wala likhne se inkar na kare, jaisa Allah ne usko sikhaya, usi tarah usko chahiye ke likh de, aur tahreer woh shakhs likhwaye jis par haq wajib hota hai, aur woh Allah se dare jo uska Rab hai, aur isme koi kami na kare, phir agar woh jis par haq wajib hota hai, na-samajh ya zaeef ho ya khud likhwane ki istita’at na rakhta ho, to jo uska wali ho, usko chahiye ke woh insaf ke sath likhwa de, aur apne mardon mein se do admi ko gawah bana lo, phir agar do mard na hon to ek mard aur do auratein, jin ko bhi tum gawahon ke taur par pasand karte ho, taake un donon mein se ek bhool jaye, to un mein se ek doosri ko yaad dila de, aur gawah inkar na karein jab bhi unhein bulaya jaye, aur tum kaahili na karo ke tum isko likh lo, muamla chhota ho ya bara, iski muddat ke taeun ke sath. Yeh Allah ke nazdeek ziyada insaf wali baat hai, aur gawahi ko ziyada theek rakhne wali hai, aur iske ziyada qareeb hai ke tum shak mein na pado, magar yeh ke tijarat naqd ho jis ka tum aapas mein lein den karte ho, to tum par koi gunaah nahi hai ke tum isko na likho, aur gawah bana liya karo jab tum khareed o farokht karo. Aur na kisi likhne wale ko nuqsan pohnchaya jaye aur na kisi gawah ko. Aur agar tum aisa karo ge to beshak yeh tumhari taraf se bari naframani hogi. Aur Allah se darte raho. Aur Allah tumhein taleem de raha hai. Aur Allah har cheez ka ilm rakhta hai. (282) Aur agar tum safar mein ho aur koi likhne wala na pao, to rehn qabza mein rakh liya karo. Phir agar tum mein se koi kisi par aitbaar kare, to jis par aitbaar kiya gaya us par lazim hai ke woh uski amanat ada kare, aur Allah se dare jo uska Rab hai. Aur gawahi ko mat chhupao. Aur jo isko chupaye ga to beshak uska dil gunaahgar hai. Aur jo kuch tum karte ho, Allah usko jaanne wala hai. (283)

Is ruku mein do aayatein hain. Pehli Aayat Quran Majeed ki taweel tareen aayat hai. Yeh Quran ka eijaaz hai ke ek martaba bhi qarz o udhar ke lein dein jaise ahem muamle ke mutalliq is aayat ko theher theher kar baghaur parh liya jaye to sari baatein na sirf aasani ke sath samajh mein aa jati hain balki iska sara mazmoon dil o dimaag par naqsh ho jata hai. Yeh aayat humein batati hai ke Islam agar Musalmanon ko soodi tijarat se mana karta hai to zarurat mandon ko rahat pohchanay ke liye qarz dene ki targheeb bhi deta hai aur qarz mein di jane wali raqam ki hifazat ka intizam bhi karta hai. Jin ke paas ziyada maal o daulat hai woh aasani ke sath logon ko qarz dete rahen is ke liye qarz ke talluq se aisi hidayatein de di gayi hain jin ke zariye qarz dene wale ka maal poori tarah mehfooz rahe aur kisi par kisi tarah ka koi zulm na hone paye. Allah ne yahan jo usool bata diye hain woh kal bhi is muamle mein kaafi the, aaj bhi kaafi hain aur aaindah bhi kaafi rahenge. Quran Majeed ke Kalam-e-Elahi hone ke suboot mein yeh ek aayat bhi kaafi hai.
Yahan qarz, gawahan, dastawaiz aur naqd tijarat ke sath rehn aur girwi ka bayan bhi hai taake safar jaisi hungami surat haal mein bhi log qarz ke zariye ek doosre ki madad kar saken aur insani qaafila ek doosre ke taawun ke zariye khoobsurti ke sath aage badh sake.
